PCG is seeking an entry level candidate for its Associate Program to work across various areas of the business – Operations, Business Development, Management, Marketing and Recruiting. After developing knowledge, experience and skills in a different area of PCG’s business, Associates advance their careers by specializing in Consulting, Recruiting, Sales & Marketing or Operations.

Coordinate projects on behalf of PCG’s Sr. Management team.
Support PCG’s day-to-day management, contribute to its continued growth and recommend opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with Partners to drive PCG initiatives across the business including but not limited to Operations, Marketing and Business Development.
Perform regular data and information management responsibilities.
Work with the Senior Recruiting team in sourcing candidates and matching consultants to client projects.
Work with the Senior Sales team in developing opportunities, conducting market research and writing proposals.
Manage relationships and partnerships with external organizations for Marketing purposes.
Prepare for, facilitate, and track follow-up actions for regular meetings.
Manage internal operational processes for a variety of business areas.
Coordinate client and employee events.
Some form of relevant or transferable work experience.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to drive results
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills. Able to succinctly articulate a point appropriate for your audience.
Superior work ethic and able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in parallel.
Able to work efficiently and effectively in both independent and collaborative work environments.
MS Office Suite, MS Project and MS Visio knowledge is a plus
The ability to quickly sift through concepts and drill down into actionable steps
Objective decision making ability, strong analytical, and problem solving skills
The ability to adjust quickly to changing situations and the ability to drive results through ambiguous environments or unexpected problems
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be eligible to work as Full-Time W-2 employees of PCG. Sub-contracting is not available for this position.
This position includes a competitive compensation package which includes salary, hourly compensation and full benefits.
Candidates must be able to attend on-site, face-to-face interviews in Minnesota on 24 to 48 hours notice.
