Leading medical/surgical products distributor is seeking a Customer Service Representative that will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in all customer interactions. This position will process order entry (via phone, fax, email, online), complying with cGMP guidelines, double checking for accuracy, and emailing confirmations. The Customer Service Representative supports the sales force with pricing and product resourcing, preparing quotes for the rep/customer as well as setting up new accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM processing, ERP system knowledge, database maintenance experience, and a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience. High school diploma and some college preferred. Excellent proofreading skills and communication skills required.
