Premier Building Group is an established leader in industrial construction based in Tucson, AZ. We are seeking Industrial Project Manager for various projects. (Applicant does not have to reside or be located in Tucson, AZ. But must be willing to travel for extended periods of time.)


  • Supervise multiple projects
  • Recruit, organize and develop a high performing team to masterfully complete each project
  • Insure proper training and certifications are maintained on field staff to comply with requirements
  • Direct and coach discipline managers to ensure activities on site are understood and following established processes through quality checks
  • Supervise and co-ordination of all disciplines for a safe and effective work production throughout the project
  • Manage personnel in a stressful environment to ensure work focused and employees are engaged
  • Establishes processes for systems and communication on each project and ensure consistency
  • Manage projects in budget and schedule
  • Schedule the overall project with all functions and across all activities between functions, removing obstacles
  • Perform quality control audits to ensure processes are executed according to plan
  • Identify issues and lessons learned in the field and communicates these to corporate office as feedback to include HSQE, engineering, procurement
  • Revise and/or develop procedures and documentation to improve project performance
  • Utilize Safety Management Systems (SMS), Quality Managements Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and technical procedures
  • Perform audit and reporting functions on relevant organizations to ensure compliance
  • Support developing projects to complete required permitting activities before, during and after project operations
  • Full understanding of all contractual obligations for the project and documentation of variances and changes
  • Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, government agencies, and executive management
  • Communicate changes and controls to clients, subcontractors, and executive management
  • Support project closeout needs

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent (equivalent is demonstration of experience and knowledge)
  • 10+ years or more of experience with 5 years supervisory/management experience
  • A valid current driver license, eligible for corporate vehicle insurance coverage
  • Ability to obtain a valid current passport to travel outside the U.S
  • Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug test as a condition of employment
