Strong ability to work independently, dependability, computer skills
Property management experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft office
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, maintenance staff, leasing agents and vendors
Ability to read and comprehend and explain tenant ledgers
Weekly, monthly, annual reports
Verify cash balance drawer and prepare daily deposits
Conduct a daily storage unit inspection, ensuring cleanliness and security
Conduct collection calls and make notes in storage management software
Energetic, outgoing personality with strong problem-solving skills
Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience required
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
