Austin based CEO of Power Energy Partners, a midstream energy marketing and logistics company, seeks executive assistant to help in all areas of daily operations.Power Energy Partners runs several operations and offices throughout the United States including Chicago, Denver, North Dakota, and Austin. The CEO, and this position is based in Lakeway, TX.General Description:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative and project support. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the CEO’s daily schedule. As such, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, travel itineraries, expense reporting, phone calls, general correspondence and email, and prepare responses as needed on behalf of the CEO.
This position requires outstanding communication and follow up, interpersonal and organizational skills, initiative, self-motivation, sound judgment, discretion, respect for confidentiality, ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment, and a commitment to providing professional, client-focused service.
Perform standard, advanced, and confidential Administrative duties to support the CEO.
Coordinate and support on and off site corporate meetings and team events.
Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and Travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, including expense reports.
Compose routine correspondence and memorandum.
Screen telephone calls and visitors, and resolve routine and some complex inquiries.
Maintain accurate schedule of activities of the CEO.
This position will require some cross-functional interaction with the finance department.
Some travel and other duties as assigned.

Standard business hours, but salaried position and must be flexible with taking after hours phone calls and emails
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
Experience preferred, but not necessary, directly supporting a high level executive
Knowledge of High Growth/ venture-backed company experience preferred
Oil, Gas, or logistic industry experience helpful
College grads or other ambitious individuals encouraged to apply.
