The compensation analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on client's compensation projects.
The consultant will plans and assists in leading internal studies and market analysis on a variety of compensation-related subjects including evaluation and pricing, base/incentive pay practices, and employee performance review systems.
Reviews salary adjustments and salary grade assignments to ensure that such actions are within established guidelines and policies.
Conducts formal and ad hoc market studies to determine need for changes in salary structures and salary increase budgets.
Bachelors degree in business related courses, including Human Resources, Finance, operational research, and business management.
3 plus years of relateed experience
CCP or PHR prefered.
