Responsible for achieving company objectives in profitability, sales, service, quality, facilities management, and guest experience across multiple units. Develop systems, and implement training to create a positive, productive, and profitable work environment.
Minimum 5 years of Restaurant Management experience, (including General Manager) working in a high-volume full-service concept, across multiple units. Additional 5 years’ experience in varied restaurant positions.
Must have current, and maintain, ServSafe certification.
Proficient in restaurant management software, including HotSchedules, WhenToManage, SharePoint, as well as accounting and payroll software.
Proficient in P.O.S. systems, Aloha experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
