Please see below for job descriptions:Custom Executions CoordinatorJob Description - Excited to be a team member of a fast-paced and rapidly growing “work hard, play hard” company environment. You will be collaborating with many if not all departments within the company on a regular basis. - Experience of one to two years in internet advertising involving: Knowledge of IAB standard ad units Communication with clients on phone and by email Internet advertising terms Using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook - Prioritization skills: Ability to quickly assess importance of a new project/task amongst other projects/tasks that you may be already working on Comfortable working on multiple projects/tasks at a time with deadlines - Available after-hours to accommodate and respond to important/emergency situations along with ensuring custom-built advertisements display and function properly on the websites they’re running on - Ability to quickly learn company tools and applications as well as adapt to change Job Duties - Speaking directly to publishers (website owners) informing them of what and when custom executions we’ll be running on their site(s) - Building and launching campaigns within the ad server - Following company procedures from when a new campaign comes in to when it goes live which includes using an online project management tool and multiple online documents - Continuously interacting with our sales team, creative team and other teams in our company to make sure deadlines are met so that all custom executions go live on time - Checking publisher’s website test pages are functioning properly, utilizing the right ad tags and are up-to-date based off of their live site so that they can run various custom ad units - Troubleshooting and resolving problems with custom ad units with team members and publishersNetwork Operations CoordinatorPlaywire Media is looking for a dynamic media professional to join our Third Party Sales Division as a Network Operations Coordinator. This is a revenue driven position with a strong focus on technology as well as ad operations and requires working with multiple partners, managing live campaigns and identifying new business opportunities. Core Tasks include but are not limited to:  Obtain, traffic and fully execute online advertising campaigns from start to finish Monitor performance of Campaigns, Ad Networks, Ad Exchanges and RTB platforms Compile internal tracking sheets, reporting and other data on a daily basis Analyze reports, excels etc. to gain actionable data Maximize revenue across all partners Maintain close relationships with account representatives Identify new partners and ad networks Assist sales teams worldwide in sales and marketing efforts Work with Operations and Publisher Managers to maintain network quality Ensure monetization of publisher inventory to the fullest potential
