Pine Gate Renewables, LLC, a solar energy development company, is seeking to hire a motivated Accounting Clerk. S/he will provide support to the Accounting Team to ensure all internal and external deliverables are provided professionally, punctually and in accordance with the Pine Gate standards and values. We are a growing company and this person will need to be able to wear many hats as needed to complete critical projects and tasks.
The Accounting Clerk will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide administrative support to the accounting staff.
Manage accounting related requests from internal staff.
Data entry of W9 and/or ACH information.
Maintain, verify, and update numerous online vendor accounts.
Assist with SOPs for all accounting staff.
Gather documents for cost certifications, audits, and/or tax returns.
Assist with filing bank documents, credit applications, and other forms as needed.
Organize and manage invoices for internal departments.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Exposure to the renewable energy industry is a plus
One to three years of experience in an administrative role.
Prior accounting experience is a plus.
