Job Title: Training Developer (temp to hire)
Reports to: Manager, Client Training and Product Documentation
Department: Client Services

Position Summary:
Join our collaborative, growing, and successful training team and company in delivering world class e-Learning to the top pharma and biotech companies. The Training Developer serves as a course developer / instructor, and is responsible for building and maintaining Adobe Captivate courses for clinical trial data capture devices and systems.

This role involves all aspects of course development, including: needs analysis, high level design, detail design and scripting, development, beta testing, finalization for production, deployment, and evaluation.

S/he interfaces with clients as well as project teams.

Primary responsibility will be in developing Adobe Captivate 6 courses from a well defined script and set of templates.
