The Opportunity: Be the reason the expectations of our customers are consistently surpassed. Discover opportunities for new customers we can bring on board. Working from our office in Kelowna, BC and reporting to the Retail Executive, you will play a major role in recruiting new customers, fulfilling custom orders, and helping our company continue to grow.
Research and identify potential customers
Maintain world class customer service, while acting as the primary point of contact.
Demonstrate your understanding of the customers’ unique needs from initial contact, through to the arrival of their shipment, ensuring expectations have been exceeded, throughout the process
Maintain the customer databases; you will own the customer database and keep it organized at all times with customer contacts, roles, addresses, etc.
Prepare correspondence and sales kits
Manage all inbound customer requests; qualify leads, drive opportunities and handle price objections
Drive sales, while striving to consistently exceed set targets by assessing customer needs, identifying opportunities and supporting the completion of orders
Reaching out to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the lifecycle, proactively asking for re-orders
Own the custom orders process from quote to delivery, constantly avoiding acceptance of the process as it is, and considering how the process could improve, engaging the team as needed to implement
Qualifications: (what might describe you)
You have previous experience in a sales or customer service role
You have exceptional organizational and communication skills
You feel very comfortable with technology, including office software and admin tools
You manage your time with excellent efficiency and skill
You are the most detail-oriented person you know
You enjoy connecting with folks across titles & responsibilities; you can chat with a CEO, admin assistant, or marketing manager, and make each feel important.
