PEAK Event Services is a premium special events rental company serving the most discerning clients in the greater New England area. Our Tent Department operation has the reputation as the best installation crew in the business, able to overcome multiple on-site obstacles while constructing the most attractive fabric structures in the region. As a field supervisor, you will be in a key position responsible for the daily workflow and safety on jobsites. You will be the primary contact between the client and PEAK Event Services. You will be required and expected to act in a professional manner and train your crew on a daily basis with the emphasis on maintaining efficiencies and safety. You will be responsible to train your crew on proper handling and treatment of equipment and fabric. Communication with the warehouse and/or sales office is imperative when addressing any concerns or issues on the job. Your positive attitude and ability to teach and train your crew to work as a team will be critical to the success of each project. Our motto is “Perfect or better” and those are our expectations of you. This position reports directly to the Director of Tent Construction.


Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supervision of all tent crew members on jobsites.
  • Ensure safe installation and removal of all PEAK tenting equipment in a timely manner.
  • Create a positive atmosphere and develop comprehensive plans of attack for specific project.
  • Hold crew members accountable for the proper care and use of all PEAK tools and equipment.
  • Inspect all fabric and equipment for proper installation and removal. Identify, record and report any damage to PEAK equipment
  • Maintain accurate paperwork pertaining to the specific project and update any changes occurring on the job.
  • Review paperwork prior to departure from warehouse and check load for accuracy.
  • Review all installations and removals with management. Note any unusual occurrences on project.


  • Must pass a drug test if operating any PEAK vehicle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills a must.
  • Ability to multitask is a must.
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours. (Early mornings, nights, long days)
  • Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday
  • Must be professional in appearance and behavior, with minimal visible body alterations
  • Must be able to motivate crew members and encourage team work.
  • Construction background a plus but not required.
