The Customer Pickup Associate is tasked with greeting customers and helping to expedite the orders of our pickup customers. The Customer Pickup Associate has a direct reporting relationship to the Warehouse Manager. In order to successfully achieve this, the position requires flexible hours and the ability to work with both customers and various departments within the warehouse. The Customer Pickup Associate must be able to locate the customer’s order in our ERP system (Sage) and then locate it in the warehouse. Some orders may already be prepared while others while require the Customer Pickup Associate to locate and prepare them. This position serves as an ambassador to the company and it is important that the Customer Pickup Associate is always polite to customers and assists them with anything that they need. This will often require loading the orders into the customer’s vehicle and unloading orders when they are returned. This position is located primarily in Woburn, MA.


· Greet customers in the Customer Pickup Area

· Find customer’s order in the ERP system (Sage)

· Locate customer’s physical orders

· Ensure accuracy of orders

· File proper paperwork and complete necessary computer work for completed orders

· Process payments for customers

· Serve as the go-between for customers and the sales team when needed

· Communicate to the sales team any issues that need to be resolved for customers

· Load and unload orders into customer’s vehicles

· Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks at the docks when necessary

· Receive packages and letters for the company

· Maintain a clean Customer Pickup Area

· Receive and put away internal orders (i.e. supplies)

· Assist with feedback necessary to maintain the quality service standards of the company

· Use company machinery to retrieve and put away orders

· Partner with other departments on special projects that require cross-departmental cooperation

· All other assignments and projects as assigned by the Warehouse Manager


· Ability to collaborate with all inventory team members, sales team members and operations team members within the organization

· Strong organization skills

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

· Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed

· Strong people skills

· Effective communication skills

· The commitment to work the hours that the job requires, particularly during seasonally peak times of the year in order to accomplish all responsibilities

· Strong proficiency with technology

· Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAGE) is preferred but not required

· Ability to use warehouse equipment (lifts, two-wheelers, etc.) is preferred but not required


· $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
