Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator/ Entry Level IT for our Atlanta area location. Duties will include:

• Greeting Clients and Guests

• Administrative Tasks

• Phone Answering with Occasional Receptionist Duties

• Knowledge of basic to intermediate computer hardware

• Experience with desktop operating systems

• Knowledge and experience in application support experience

• Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning

• Strong documentation skills

• Solid understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

• Team player with the ability to work with and communicate with people at different levels within the organization

• Demonstrate the ability to perform effective work load prioritization and management

• Demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and take initiative and follow through

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to be thorough with attention to detail

• Superior Customer Service

This position will be a great fit for an administrative and customer service professional with strong IT skills.
