Position Mission: The Senior Digital Technology Developer will be responsible for building out the full stack of enterprise web and mobile properties with a concentration on front-end development. He or she will work throughout the life cycle from design to development, deployment and support of all tiers of the application. Projects are done in a deadline-driven Agile environment, so adaptability and flexibility will be important.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform moderate to highly complex application development tasks and assignments.
  • Use development tools and utilities to develop, support, and customize moderately to highly complex business applications.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document moderate to highly complex programs and applications, in addition to performing advanced application maintenance tasks.
  • Development and maintenance of required documentation for each phase of the development cycle.
  • Development of prototypes and/or functional/technical specifications to meet business needs.
  • Development of test plans and scripts for unit testing and integration testing.
  • Proposing and implementing continuous improvements to applications and processes.
  • Contributing to the achievement of team goals by leveraging experience and sound judgment.
  • Increase depth and breadth of knowledge in key areas such as application development tools, analysis & design, and project management.
  • Management of multiple tasks, working in an agile team environment, understanding and responsiveness to project needs, while working under tight deadlines.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Proficiency with multiple JavaScript frameworks including Node.js, AngularJS, etc. with at least 6 years of recent experience
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET 4.5.2 or higher with at least 6 years of recent experience
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio, SQL Server Data Tools, and Azure SDK
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (PaaS)

Preference Given to Candidates with:

  • Proficiency in T-SQL with at least 3 years of recent experience
  • Experience working with Visual Studio DevOps
  • Experience writing unit tests for automated unit testing
  • Experience with distributed version control (e.g. Git)
  • Experience working in an agile environment using continuous delivery
