Lead Team Cleaner

Position: Lead Team Cleaner

Pay Rate: $16-17/ hour with at least 5 years of experience

Hours: 30-35 hours/ weekly 

Shift Details: Starts: 6:00 am, 1 hour Lunch, End: 1:30 pm

Location: Hillard, OH 43026

Qualifications:

1. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
2. Reliable transportation
3. Highschool Diploma/ GED
4. Cleaning experience 5 years or more
5. Customer Service experience 5 years or more
6. Must have a resume to prove cleaning experience 
7. Must have 3 professional references 
8. Can lift up to 30 lbs.
9. Shift starts at 6:00 am sharp, must be able to work 7 hours
10. Must be available on weekends to alternate every other weekend
11. Must be able to obtain the following (prior to getting hired):

Work Physical

FBI (Federal Background Check) /BCI (Bureau of Criminal Identification)

TB (Tuberculosis) Test

• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language

• Willingness to learn and produce

Primary Purpose: Lead

Responsibilities:

· Maintain professionalism

· Provide quality customer service

· Ensure any immediate housekeeping needs are met

· Ensure all trash is collected at the end of works shifts

· Ensure all team cleaners tasks are complete

· Communicate daily and or a few times throughout the week with management

· Ensure to check and deep clean resident rooms for incoming new residents

· Report any repairs to maintenance

Secondary Purpose: Team Cleaner

Responsibilities:

· Maintain housekeeping responsibilities weekdays and weekends or when scheduled

· Maintain and clean designated areas

· Clean high-tough designated areas

· Wipe high-tough designated areas

· Sanitize designated cleaning areas

· Dust designated areas

· Stock cleaning supplies/ equipment

· Maintain trash in designated areas

· Mop and vacuum

· Maintain professionalism

· Provide quality customer service
