If so, Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) has a job opportunity for you. We are hiring a printing Production Coordinator to work at Oregon State Correctional Institution in Salem, Oregon.
Our Print Shop Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and processing a variety of print orders within a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Production Coordinator must provide world-class customer service, strategies and technical solutions in accordance to our client's needs. The successful individual will be a team player who excels at working as an individual contributor in the quickly growing print market as well as possess a balance of production experience coupled with supervisory, modeling, coaching, and training skills to work effectively in a correctional environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Production Coordinator is responsible for interpreting and verifying the customer's project details and preparing that information in the form of a job order for use in production, determining the schedule, following the orders through production, through storage or distribution and then closing the order and providing accurate information for timely billing.

Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) complies with the Federal Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). PREA prohibits OCE from hiring, or promoting anyone who has engaged in, been convicted of, or been civilly or administratively adjudicated for engaging in sexual abuse in Institution settings. These include a jail, prison, or other correctional facility (including juvenile corrections) AND any institution or facility where people are residing for the purpose of receiving care or treatment (e.g., adjudicated delinquent, neglected, placed in State custody, mentally ill or disabled, chronically ill, or physically disabled, etc.). These include skilled nursing care, intermediate or long-term care, or custodial or residential care (e.g., group home, rehabilitation, assisted living/nursing home, hospice, etc.).
This standard requires OCE to conduct background checks on all applicants considered for employment or promotion to consider any incidents of substantiated allegations of sexual abuse or sexual harassment in determining whether to hire or promote anyone who may have contact with inmates.
