We are seeking a candidate that has prior administrative support experience preferably in a corporate setting. Prefer prior experience supporting Director level and above. Strong organization and communication skills. Flexible and able to work in a fast paced that has moving priorities.

Description of Duties: Will be supporting a VP and his team with calendaring, travel, expenses, filing, scheduling large meetings, meeting invites, responding to emails and heavy Excel spreadsheet.
