DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports Data and Document control activities and SAP ECC 6.0 implementation teams.
Responsible for ensuring proper change control in accordance the Engineering Change Order process and procedures for documents and data associated with the engineering change. Provides training and End User support for Engineering Change Management systems. Supports Data Migration activities. Data cleansing, acquisition and preparation. Tracking of Data Migration activities. Responsible for monitoring Lotus Notes data base for new products and entering the data provided into SAP R/3. Supports internal customers on how to use the Lotus Notes data base. Prepares necessary specifications and documents. Creates documents utilizing the electronic documentation system utilized by CLIENT PAS (Documentum and SAP). Follows up with functional team members in the identification and resolution of any issues. Other project responsibilities as designated by department management.
Well organized and has the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Communicates effectively with management, project teams and multifunctional associates at all levels. Works independently as needed and identifies actions needed to complete assignments. Proficient in Excel. High level of experience working with other Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
SAP and QDMS (Documentum) Super User. Experienced with software applications such as Lotus Notes, QDMS (Documentum), SAP R/3, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
2-3 years in technical data and documentation management.
Experience in a regulated industry, e.g. medical devices, pharmaceutical preferred.
Compensation - $20.00 - $35.00
