Omadi Brand Ambassador
Full Available (40 hrs/wk)
Join the Omadi sales team as Brand Ambassador! As such, you are the first responder to all inbound inquiries about Omadi Software. This includes our online chat, emails and demo requests, phone calls and contacts through social media. Brand Ambassadors also spend time developing relationships with target clients. You are responsible to set the initial appointment for account executives, and if that appointment does not hold, to reschedule with the prospect.
You can do this
Responsible for acquiring key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and posting that data correctly in our CRM (Zoho)
Reach or exceed performance metrics on # calls made, # appointments set, # appts held
Take inbound calls and follow up on inbound opportunities
Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Keep abreast of the industry news and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
You also have this
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in B2B or B2C sales, over the phone preferred
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
