Get ready to play a key role in the sales process by joining Omadi as the Account Ambassador! The Account Ambassador is the first responder to all inbound inquiries. This includes our online chat requests, emails and demo requests, inbound phone calls, and contacting social media leads generated by the Marketing team. Account Ambassadors also spend time developing relationships with target clients and attending select trade shows. You are responsible to provide a high level overview of Omadi, set the initial appointment for account executives, and follow up if the appointment does not hold.

You can do this

  • Responsible for acquiring key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and posting that data correctly in our CRM (Zoho)

  • Reach or exceed performance metrics on # appointments set and # appts held

  • Take inbound calls and follow up on inbound opportunities

  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities

  • Keep abreast of the industry news and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

You also have this

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years experience in B2B or B2C sales, over the phone preferred

  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities

  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
