Essential Duties:
· Develop positive, professional relationships with potential and current clients.
· Actively selling SHARP Multifunction Digital Systems, Document Management Software Solutions, SHARP Interactive AQUOS whiteboards, and other business technologies.
· Training and implementation of office solutions sold.
· Utilize CRM software and database management to track sales activities, project workflow and results.
· Independently establish call plans, customer follow up strategies, and territory management techniques.
· Schedule appointments and effectively demonstrate equipment and software.
· Ability to negotiate and close short-term and long-term deals.
· Communicate features of products and services articulately and persuasively to clients.
· Ongoing education on how your products and services operates and what they can provide for the end user.
· Aggressively prospect for qualifying new accounts.
Required Skills:
· Activity and quota driven sales “hunter" with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and high sense of urgency.
· 2 to 5 years of proven sales performance is preferred.
· A goal driven personality with a need-to-win attitude.
· Ability to build and develop relationships quickly with key decision makers.
· Knowledge of general sales techniques, cold-calls, sales closings, etc.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate.
· Possess excellent prospecting, presentation, and networking skills.
· We hire people, not degrees. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
