Job Description

At nVisium, marketing is about understanding our clientele and building brand awareness around how our services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for a driven and versatile marketing manager. Experience in the Information Security and Application Security/DevOps industries is a plus.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns, handling day-to-day marketing activities, as well as establishing and overseeing a long-term strategy. This individual has their finger on the pulse of new marketing tactics and evolving trends and leverages these in Company communications and branding.

Objectives of this Role

  • Drive web and social media traffic by engaging with existing clients and prospects
  • Translate technical concepts and service offerings into simple and effecting messaging
  • Analyze and measure customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Create and publish relevant and original high-quality content across all channels
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, blogs, paid ads, etc.)
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Prepare and present concise presentations to the management team with specific recommendations on tactics
  • Work with Business Development team to align goals and tweak marketing initiatives in response to client and prospect feedback
  • Leverage web development team to ensure Company site is up to date and optimized

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 2 years marketing experience, preferably with an Agency
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tool, specifically Hubspot
    • Experience with a variety of SEO software, i.e. Moz, Semrush
    • Ability to onboard SEM agency and collaborate on AdWords and other Paid Ads campaigns

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Established press and media contacts
    • Experience and familiarity in using Wordpress
    • Familiarity with security technology and market trends in Application Security, Cloud Security, DevOps, IoT, etc.
