#WorkFromAnywhere Support Analyst

This client-facing role also works directly with our Implementation and Development teams to solve problems, identify potential software bugs, and propose future product enhancements.

What we look for:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-reliance: team members need to take ownership of a particular issue/project and follow through to completion.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills: ability to isolate a problem to its root cause quickly and efficiently.
  • A ‘Team Player’ mentality is very important to the position, as Support Analysts often collaborate to solve complex issues.
  • Time management skills: call volumes can sometimes be heavy, so it is important to be able to manage several cases/projects simultaneously.
  • A quick learner that retains information.
  • Participate as a member of the on-call team on a rotating basis providing technical support as required.
  • NOTE: Some travel may be required.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate SQL query knowledge
  • Strong Microsoft Windows Operating System knowledge
  • Basic DOS/Command prompt and bat skills
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Experience configuring an enterprise software solution
