Chairman CEO, creative (which means disorganized), involved in cross section of core business, charitable, political and community projects and organizations; needs help with file, calendar and email organization and task prioritization, follow up on key tasks and managing accountability monitoring of delegated projects and actions.

Strong, pleasant, non-colloquial communication skills will help in dealing with key relationships, follow up on charitable and political fundraising solicitations, some attendance as proxy at civic and community events.

Ideal candidate will have meaningful experience dealing with a multifaceted senior executive. Compulsive organizer, quick on feet, good people skills, ease in dealing with cross section of people also highly valued.

Position includes a small amount of travel, mostly day trips within 75 miles. Consideration is being given to acquiring a mobile office for use during these trips, allowing work to be done while traveling.
