SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Support a team with specialized skills that operate the inhouse print center and provide enterprise-wide digital printing and wide-format print services. Assist with Beyond the Dam event coordination including set up and break down as well as signage support, assist at other summer company-sponsored events as-needed. Observe press checks, secure and catalog job approvals. Help maintain paper and supply inventories. Aid in equipment maintenance.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives
  • Participate in organizational work meetings
  • Lifting of materials up to 35 pounds

Marginal Work Functions

  • Assist general office support and perform routine shop maintenance

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrate & maintain a good safety record
  • Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in a PC environment within Microsoft office excel, word, and power point
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software programs
  • Organization and planning skills essential
  • Able to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Prefer Graphic Arts, Communications, Print Management, Print Production Degree
  • Student must have completed Sophomore level or higher by start date
  • Must be in good academic standing
  • Must Provide GPA in application materials
