We are a call center with highly trained customer service consultants who consistently follow our Exceptional Customer Care process. Our consultants are skilled listeners, who find the right solution for our customers’ moving and storage needs.What it takes to be on our team:
Do you have that passion to work hard to find the right solutions for customers while increasing your capacity to make more money for yourself and a company? We are looking for consultants with at least 1-2 years experience in customer service, who have strong conflict resolution and investigative skills. You must demonstrate experience dealing with customer escalations. We need people that have proven experience delivering customer service excellence, who can receive one on one coaching, and be part of a dynamic team. It will be key for you to be able to fine tune your process with the tools we provide.
You must be comfortable with technology, with a proficient ability to learn new systems. Team mentality, strong critical thinking, problem solving skills, and strong oral and written communication are a must. You will be joining a customer service team with positive mental attitudes, who are professionals, have strong work ethics, are detail oriented, self disciplined, and have great teamwork and collaboration skills.Why Door to Door is such a great place to work:

Shifts: Monday through Saturday
Times: Monday – Friday: shifts start as early as 6:00am and end as late as 5:00pm / Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Full Time Successful candidates MUST HAVE the following skills:
- 2+ years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Critical thinking/problem solving

- Computer literacy
- Typing skills of 35+ WPM
- Positive mental attitude

- Associate’s degree or equivalent and applicable work experience is preferred
