Upward Mobility At Networth, all agents start as an entry-level Sales Associate. Through our proven 5W Training Program you will learn how to think like an investor and sell distressed properties. Once you have sold a number of ‘Networth’ properties you will advance to Acquisitions Associate, which is the really fun part. From there, it is up to you. There is even an opportunity to open your own office for those that excel. Don’t worry, we will be beside you the entire way, training and coaching you to success.
Sales Associates day-to-day activities vary every day, some of these activities are:
Checking in with the office to discuss the new inventory available
Ongoing Training (first 5 weeks are on-on-one)
Selling property in our private inventory
Meeting with Buyers (and property owners once you advance to Acquisitions Associate)
Meeting with contractors
To be part of OUR TEAM you will need:
An active Real Estate License or the ability to get a license
The ability to obtain the NMLS (within 6 months, if state-required).
Hustle, let’s be honest, Real Estate is 100% commission if you don’t have hustle you won’t make money.
