Are you a chemical engineer with an interest in developing and deploying software tools to improve the efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes? Would you enjoy being part of a growing team that develops software products and deploys those products at top Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies around the world?

We are interested in adding to our customer-facing product configuration and implementation team, to configure and enhance our software used to manage the production of BioPharma products.

Position Summary:

Support activities in both product development and customer project delivery execution domains. Become an expert in the use and deployment of the company's software products. Interpret customer process requirements and translate them into Process Designs using Neo PLM’s software products. Use programming skills to contribute to the development and troubleshooting of process models. Participate in software testing activities for new releases of the company's software products. Assist with customer configuration of manufacturing facility assets and perform activities associated with project implementation and roll out. The ideal candidate will have a mix of engineering and computer skills.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Bio/Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Chemical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Experience with Engineering and Process Design tools is desirable
  • Experience with software development is desirable
  • Comfortable working with small diverse teams and with remote resources
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing priorities
  • Ability to organize time, work independently, and communicate progress to internal and external team members
