The Product and Program Analyst I is responsible for ensuring that all National Auto Care products and programs are configured correctly in the systems.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Configure Administration system, including plans, rates, earnings, underwriting, cancellation methods, loss codes, classing, etc.
  • Test the configuration of Administration System, including plans, rates, earnings, underwriting, cancellation methods, loss codes, classing, etc.
  • Coordinate with System Vendor regarding adding new forms and updating forms in the Administration System for Dealer Account Portal and eContracting platforms.
  • Test form configuration to ensure form was successfully programmed by System Vendor before release into Production.
  • Test and validate System changes pertaining to new product, rates, and forms to ensure successfully implemented within the organization.
  • Assist IT and Operations with escalated issues pertaining to the configuration of products, forms, etc. in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and disseminate communications to all areas of responsibility pertaining to the rollout of new products into the Administration System.
  • Coordinate with all areas of responsibility on the successful implementation and rollout of new products, rates, classes, and forms that were successfully configured in the administration system.
  • Review and audit the rates structure for accuracy and correct format.
  • Review and audit vehicle service agreements and limited warranties for accuracy, formatting, and correct field structure.
  • Identify and name fields for vehicle service agreements, limited warranties, and other ancillary products for online fulfillment through Expresslane and/or DAP.
  • Assist in training employees on new and existing system functions.
  • Perform special projects as requested by Risk and Product Director and/or Executive Staff.



  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required


  • Two to three years of industry experience: Preferred
  • One to two years prior experience testing product implementation in systems.: Preferred
