Pharmaceutical Sales – (Entry & Experienced)


As a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep you will carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws. You will also develop a business plan for assigned territory that is consistent with the Company's sales plans, strategies and objectives. Also as a PSR (Oncology) you will maintain effective budgetary control of sales expenses. It is important to maximize sales and contribution goals. As a PSR (Oncology) is vital to maintains personal contact with key customers (physicians & pharmacists); provides a high level of service.

Established Company guidelines for prescription drug samples, clinical research promotional information, and Rules of the Road, and other regulatory requirements. You will be working independently mostly, but sometimes as a team member. As a PSR you will manage multiple projects, duties and assignments. It is also important to maintaining acceptable driving record per the Rules of the Road guidelines. You must communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

REQUIREMENTS: Preferred sales experience of at least 1 year in field sales. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university or at least 4 years outside sales experience. Demonstrated experience in selling to diverse customer segments. Understanding of Reimbursement/Managed Care.
