Moxie Solar is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Canvassing Manager.

In our rapidly growing company, there will be significant opportunities for upward mobility within the organization, potentially in both the North Liberty office and other Moxie Solar locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Responsible for identifying target markets and making initial contact with potential customers for residential, commercial, and agricultural solar installations.

  • Recruiting and Training: Assist with the recruitment and training of additional sales and lead generation staff.

  • Information Distribution: Will attend seminars and trade shows as a representative of Moxie Solar.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling and managing appointments for our sales team.

  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Tracking and analysis of sales metrics by sales representative. Weekly and Monthly goal reporting.

  • Administrative Support: Providing system and tracking support to Sales Team. Acting as a liaison and second support to customers after connecting them with a sales team representative.

  • Making a positive impact on the environment and supporting the mission of the company.

  • Additional tasks as needed and assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license and insurance

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with either Microsoft Word or Google Docs

  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills, either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Highly deadline-driven and internally motivated to succeed

  • Willing to commit to extra hours when necessary for time-sensitive projects

  • Experience with SalesForce is preferred
