A high growth and established masonry supply company has an immediate and exciting opportunity for a full time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to perform the following:
Assist customers in an expedient, professional, and courteous manner
Process orders and prepare quotes
Collecting cash; checks; and credit cards payment in person and telephonically for orders
Ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
Address customer complaints and product issues
Create product Warranties
Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
Experience and Educational requirements:
· Minimum 2 years customer service experience
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Proven organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Outlook
· Excellent verbal and communication skills
· Attention to details and ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
· Experience with Epicor ERP a plus
· Bilingual in Spanish
Office hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
