As our Sr. Director Enterprise Sales your initial challenge will be to learn as much as you can about our solution and clients. We'll then look to you to inspire, train and manage the enterprise and sales representatives along with our solution consultants. Under your guidance they will generate qualified leads, call prospects, demo products, write proposals and close business, at or above, targets. For that to happen, your ability to analyze the current sales infrastructure - contracts, collateral, sales automation software, etc. - and create what's needed to close business, will be crucial. Working closely with our executive team and sales organization, based in Santa Monica, CA, your feedback on the Social Media marketing industry will help drive sales strategy and inform product positioning, and you will be front-and-center during planning sessions, analyst presentations and product roll outs. On the creative side, you'll have a key voice in directing the efforts of Marketing to produce the collateral, programs and promotions your team needs to succeed.
Your key responsibilities:
Coach, mentor and train a remote sales staff
Ensure adherence to a rigorous value-based sales process
Drive correct usage of Salesforce and other sales technologies
Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve company sales targets and forecast
Provide regular reports on sales activities, results and future forecasts
Provide market feedback to management to optimize product strategy and positioning
A 7-10+ year proven track record in SaaS sales management leading a team of 5+ AEs with a yearly team quota of over $10M will be required for consideration. Of equal importance is your ability to lead and manage a sales organization that consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
