ADMIN/COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of administrative/customer service experience

• 1-3 years of data entry/analysis experience

• 1-3 years of construction industry experience preferred

• Vista / Viewpoint experience highly preferred

The primary responsibilities for this position will be:

• Working knowledge of the scope of work for proper material release

• Ensure timely & accurate completion of material release

• Communication & coordination with vendors and team members

• Entering material/labor purchase orders for all upcoming projects

• Maintains current information on communities and changes to existing communities

• May require analysis of completed projects to compare estimated costs and determine the reason for any discrepancies.

• Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies as well as general duties as they arise. This is a detail-oriented position and will require a strong ability to problem solve and make sound decisions that encourage company growth.
