Might & True is a design and performance minded B2B marketing agency looking for a Media Buyer to join our Austin team.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys diving into the media buying weeds and can support with campaign planning and research. The perfect fit for MT will enjoy executing data-driven media and integrated channel programs using your keen ability to identify and reach target audiences wherever they are online. You love managing, testing, creating and optimizing all things media from social to retargeting to programmatic and more.
Become best friends with various media and reporting platforms and partners like Rollworks, Acuity, Terminus and Metalytics, and more
Support campaign and performance planning initiatives across the agency as needed
Expertise with ad and paid social platforms and know them in and out
Work with account and creative team to understand client strategy and goals and ensure media implementations align
Implement media plans across all necessary ad platforms
Understand attribution requirements and implement for accurate reporting
Monitor campaigns on a daily basis and optimize integrated media campaigns to increase the client’s brand awareness, drive leads and help them achieve revenue success
Be an accountable and creative member of the performance management team - bringing new ideas and great energy to the team
Support audience research to identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits.
Lead any analysis and optimization required on campaigns according to the client’s goals and objectives including any compilation of reports
Allocate budgets and monitor costs of each campaign relative to client goals and restrictions
Support the team to evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns and recommend any improvements required to meet the client's goals
Manage and sign insertion orders, reconcile media budget and report on client billing requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Must have 1-3 years of experience in media planning and/or paid social media management and technical knowledge of media tools and technology (i.e. ad servers, pixels, etc…)
Experience creating and optimizing campaigns within channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.
Ability to report and develop recommendations for ongoing campaign management.
Has a great understanding of key performance metrics within platforms and the ability to report back on them.
Experience in a range of digital marketing channels and tactics including social media, email marketing, google search and display networks.
Interest and passion for all things digital and measurable
B2B experience preferred, but not necessary
Broad knowledge of media channels and options
Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
Working knowledge of analytical tools used in media planning and buying
Strong Analytical capabilities
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to deadlines, new assignments and situations quickly
The drive to excel in a deadline-driven environment, problem-solve, think strategically and manage multiple priorities
A knack for research with exceptional proofreading skills
A proven track record of working collaboratively while taking ownership of delegated projects
Agency experience a plus, but not required
Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude
