Medical Sales Rep - Capital Equipment (Surgical - Entry & exp.)

Job Description

As a Medical Sales Representative (Surgical) you will perform multiple functions related to product readiness for patient utilization on a wide range of surgical products. Additionally, will provide delivery, removal, and service support for products in service centers and customer accounts in a timely and professional manner. This position requires direct customer contact and will include some patient contact.

As one of our new Medical Sales professionals, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, local healthcare professionals and other referral sources in the medical community. In addition you will be expected to meet or exceed your monthly sales quota, continually educate clients, and market our services, surgical equipment to new prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* To qualify for this position, candidates must possess some success in business to business sales with a strong understanding of hospital structure and role of personnel. Medical Sales Training or certification is strongly recommended.

* Candidates should also exhibit proficiency with computer applications; MS Office and expense reporting, and knowledge of infusion therapy products and services and hospital structures and role of personnel.

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required, as well as the ability to initiate projects and tasks with little or no direction to make decisions independently, sometimes without many facts available, to solve a customer problem or concern.
