Prepare and submit bid documents.
Attend pre-bid meetings with customers.
Responsible to keep construction permits ready for current jobs.
Daily operations of fieldwork activities with crew members.
Manage and coordinate between multiple project vendors.
Review client submittals, vendor invoices and other miscellaneous items.
Maintain accurate project schedules and files.
At least one year if experience in AutoCAD.
Candidate must be detailed oriented and a positive self-motivated Junior Construction Estimator.
Candidate should possess the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
The applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Achievers must be able to work under minimal pressure, and able to work overtime if necessary.
Education: Four-year college degree in construction management, engineering or architecture.
Experience: General experience with construction.
Computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF writer.
