Position Summary: The Sales Category Advisor will execute strategic sales initiatives by managing the day to day account and leveraging brand portfolio to deliver sales and profit growth. They will be accountable for the long-term business success for accounts and will create winning action plans and promotional programs. Will collaborate with both internal and external category teams to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

Execute upon the sales strategy & business plans for the customer.

Owns the end-to-end execution, partnering with internal and external partners/stakeholders, to deliver annual sales targets.

Delivers results while maintaining the highest level of integrity. Foster an environment that generates breakthrough ideas in a collaborative and open organization.

Builds customer relationships at the buyer and senior buyer levels and facilitates connectivity in other functional areas including Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Maximizes the availability of our products in the appropriate channels of distribution consistent with our brand strategy with an emphasis on superior new product execution.

Accurate and timely administration in Retail Link

Executes consumer and shopper driven strategies that enables Multy Home to achieve best in class results.

Collaborates with the product and marketing team to identify opportunities.

Conducts on going sales analysis of performance, utilizes knowledge of data and excel skills to provide sound recommendations at the sku level.

Supports and/or leads continuous improvement initiatives.

Performs any other reasonable assignments given by the Department Management or his/her designates.

Defines, maintains and reports on relative key performance indicators.

Maintains positive employee relations; ensure the open-door policy is observed and a collaborate approach is adopted.

Works with his/her respective group to ensure overall company training needs are achieved.

Qualifications:

· 3 + years in sales account management, with CPG industry and major account experience, specifically Wall-Mart and or big box retail accounts.

· Experience using Retail Link.

· Expert in data analytics - ability to dissect large amounts of data.

· Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.

· Exceptional knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel

· Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
