Property Management Firm has a position available for a punctual, detail oriented Assistant Property Manager to perform work of a moderately complex nature in a team environment assisting managers with administrative, customer service, and business detail. Candidates must have administrative skills with knowledge of modern business communication including style and format of letters, memoranda and reports. Fluency in all standard office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook required, along with ability to calculate figures and amounts. Candidates must be self motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates must be able to establish priorities, multi-task effectively and work independently with a positive attitude and approach in a fast-paced, multi-person professional office environment. Due to the high volume of phone calls and written correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms. Candidates will need to be able to maintain good public relations and interact in a positive, respectful, and professional manner at all times. Two or more years of administrative experience are required. A minimum two-year degree is preferred. Drug test and background check required.
