As a leading Long Island Equipment Dealer & Distributor since 1912, we are seeking a qualified individual to join our parts team. Our dealership represents equipment sales, service and parts support for product lines serving the construction, commercial landscape, agricultural, golf and sports turf equipment markets.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Greeting customers visiting our parts showroom.

* Processing customer parts orders via walk-in visits, telephone calls, emails and faxes.

* Research parts via various manufacturer online catalogs, manuals or telephone inquiries.

* Coordinate and process parts returns with various manufacturers and suppliers.

* Receive and check in parts orders for stock, service repair orders and customer part sales.

* Candidate must be customer service driven and have good communication skills.

* Candidate must be comfortable with online order entry, parts look up and emails.

* Candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
