The companies growing Pittsburgh, PA based Mortgage Services Business Process Outsourcing division seeks an experienced candidate with title experience to be a part of the recording team.
Job Summary:
To review and process post-closing documents for loan transactions, that require distribution to county jurisdictions for recording.
  • Categorizing Incoming Documents
  • Reviewing documents for compliance with client and jurisdictional requirements
  • Submitting documents to county jurisdictions for recording
  • Providing daily reports of document status
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Organized and attentive to details.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with processing recordable documents
