A well-established, fast growing, investment advisory firm is seeking a team-oriented individual to join its operations staff with opportunity for advancement. Ideal candidate would have 2+ years of financial services industry experience, some knowledge of investments and retirement planning, and a business degree. Excellent phone skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is required. Candidate must be a flexible, open-minded-team player with excellent organizational and communication skills. Looking for candidates who are proactive self-starters, possess the ability to handle multiple tasks, are able to work independently or as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. Candidates with an operational background as well as a demonstrated history of improving processes will be given strong consideration.
