In this position, you will provide expertise, communicate and implement Project Life Cycle for – timelines management, resolution/escalation/communications and status reporting, vendor, risk, and stakeholder management. You will interface with business owners to understand their needs and secure appropriate project buy-in/sign-off throughout Life Cycle, ensure projects are phased as required by the Project Life Cycle, ensure functional and technical solutions are accepted, and identify, track and resolve/escalate project issues and or risks.

This is a fast-paced position and you will handle multiple projects at once, you must have excellent written/verbal communication skills, solid problem/analytical and decision making skills, and a solid knowledge at it relates to the brokerage industry, financial and capital markets.

Required:

Bachelors

3-5 years experience with running diverse cross-functional teams

3-5 years relevant technology and or financial services experience

Comfortable with facilitating to large group meetings and presenting to senior management

A Plus:

PMI Certification

Financial Services/Wealth Management experience

Salary 120k + DOE
