MacGregor Property Management, located in Reston, VA, is seeking an experienced accounting clerk to join our growing property management team! As part of our team, you'll work in our fast-paced accounting department and be responsible for

  • Accurate processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for multiple properties
  • Providing accounting and clerical support to Property Manager and other personnel
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Compiling reports/summaries, as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a Commercial Property Management accounting department.
  • Well-organized and able to multitask.
  • Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Competent in MS Office and Quickbooks.
  • Associate’s degree a plus.
