Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of quality within our service desk tool prioritizing end-user support, documentation, and meeting our client’s SLA.
  • Provide remote and on-site support to the mac-tech client base
  • Assist junior engineers with troubleshooting and resolving advanced support requests
  • Mentor and train junior engineers on technical and procedural matters
  • Assist project engineers with infrastructure buildouts and migrations
  • Maintain and monitor client infrastructure
  • Partner with business development team to make recommendations on client workflows and infrastructure
  • Execute the mac-tech service mission and strategy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Tier 2 Technical Support
  • Ability to think logically and creatively in problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong business acumen
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently

Must have work experience with one or more of the following areas:

  • Communications and productivity suites (G Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange)
  • Device management (Meraki Systems Manager, VMware Workspace ONE, JAMF Pro)
  • Network administration (Meraki, Cisco Small Business, SonicWALL)
  • Remote Support Tools (Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Microsoft Remote Desktop)
  • Experience with IaaS platforms (Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Cloud/Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Ticketing and CRM Systems (ConnectWise, Zendesk, Freshdesk)

Must have one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, or equivalent
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
  • Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
