Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Sales Representatives’ sole focus will be driving sales of pharmaceutical products within your assigned geographic region. A key measurement for demonstrating sales success is incremental TRx or NRx growth over a baseline.
-Developing and executing a strategic business plan for managing your territory.
-Utilizing data sources to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI
-Attaining and/or exceeding assigned sales and profit goals
-Effectively managing sample inventory levels
-Managing and tracking physician profile information
-Effectively cover targeted physicians
-Representing Lupin Pharmaceuticals and its products while maintaining company values of Superior performance, Entrepreneurship, Customer Orientation, Respect for People, Working Together and Integrity
-Successful B2B or sales experience. Pharmaceutical sales experience not required
-Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory
-Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
-Business acumen, understanding the aspects of ROI
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically Excel
-Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
-Available for occasional travel for ongoing sales training and meetings, in addition larger geographic territories may require overnights
-Prior healthcare industry experience a plus
Territory - may require 1 overnight stay; west from Downtown as far as North Platte. Key cities are Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, Norfolk, Grand Island, Kearney, and Columbus.
