What will a typical day look like for you?

  • Manage and develop a dedicated team of sales representatives and business developers to support the capability needs required for the new customer base by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Assists in monitoring long-range product planning, and for identifying and directing the development of new products.
  • Assist with establishing sales objectives by assisting in forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories, projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
  • Helps defines, directs, establishes, maintains, and plans the overall policies and goals for the sales teams.
  • Assist in maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Assists in the management of sales/marketing operating budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in management or related field or work/education equivalent. Graduate level coursework and/or degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of work experience in sales/sales management with a proven track record of success demonstrated through documented career progression.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required at all times.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects.
