OVERVIEW As Love Your Melon's Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued success and excellence of our Corporate HQ facility in Minneapolis. The role requires strong diligence, problem solving and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, highly organized and meticulously detail oriented. Your work will enable our team to continue to stay organized and focused on their respective responsibilities and dedication to Love Your Melon's mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems Address employee queries regarding office management supplies Replenish and organize the kitchen with food and beverages as needed Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences Provide general support to visitors Assist the CFO with HR-related tasks Assist the Executive Team with any tasks and duties assigned
CRITERIA Must have experience in office administrative work (1 year minimum) Must be able to work well under pressure Must be flexible, reliable and professional Must be very organized and responsive Must be highly detail oriented Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed College Degree in related field preferred Familiarity with HR practices and policies preferred
POSITION DETAILS Position Type: Full-Time Position Salary: $45,000
