OVERVIEW As a Love Your Melon Customer Care Associate, you will work with the Customer Service team to build and sustain an outstanding customer experience. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, primarily through email, using our customer service platforms. You will be responsible for making sure customers are responded to in a timely and courteous manner. The role requires diligence, the ability to problem-solve, and strong written communication skills. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, highly organized and able to work in a team setting. Your work will impact the satisfaction of our customers and the lives of children battling cancer everywhere.
